Our Founder

Dr. Esther Attebery is the founder and president of LifeWork Dezyne. 

As an experienced leader and professional, she values coming alongside those who want to enhance their life, whether personally or professionally.

Esther holds a doctorate in organizational leadership and has over 25 years of leadership and supervisory experience including executive roles. Also a professional trainer for organizations, she has multiple professional certifications including:

  • International Coach Federation ACC Coach

  • Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Step I™ and Step II™ Certified Practitioner

  • ​MBTI® Master Practitioner (Myers-Briggs)

On a more personal note … Esther lived internationally for 14 years and has traveled to all 50 US states and over 35 countries. She supports cross-cultural diversity and enjoys living in a multi-cultural neighborhood in Southern California with her professional photographer husband, Dana, and canine, Stormy.

Our LifeWork Dezyne logo includes straight, strong edges as well as flowing design. In coaching and leadership, there are times when we need to be concrete, certain, and fixed … and other times when we need to be creative, go with the flow, and seek new possibilities. At LifeWork Dezyne we encompass both of these as we seek to support and encourage you towards your best life!

We are about DEZYNE (notice the unique spelling) … because sometimes it takes creativity to find that different perspective and alternate solution that will help make your life and work something you feel great about!
